How does Nual decide keep, sell, or donate?

When you photograph an item, Nual sends the image to an AI model that looks at its type, condition, and style, then returns a recommendation along with the reasoning — plus styling ideas, a resale value range, and nearby donation guidance where relevant.

Do I need to create an account?

No — Nual works as a guest with everything stored only on your device. Creating a free account saves your collection to the cloud instead, so it follows you if you switch devices or reinstall the app.

How accurate are the resale price estimates?

They're AI-generated estimates meant as a starting point, not an appraisal. Actual resale value depends on condition, brand, demand, and where you sell — always double-check against a live marketplace before pricing an item.

What do the "Find this item" links do?

Shop suggestions are AI-generated ideas, not real inventory. Tapping "Find this item" opens a product search for something similar in your device's own browser, so you can see real, current listings.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Email us at the address above and we'll delete your account and everything associated with it.
